I would like to share with you about how I help my clients. I integrate cognitive-behavioral and humanistic approaches with mindfulness and evidence-based practices. What does this mean to you?

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy helps stressed, overwhelmed people to identify the knee jerk, automatic, negative thoughts that trigger negative feelings, which will consequently impact our behaviors. So, if we can challenge and change the negative self-talk, the pessimism, the perfectionism, then we’ll change how you feel and ultimately, what you do and say, inside of your head and out loud.

Next, a humanistic perspective highlights people’s capacity to overcome hardship and pain and maximize people’s ability to reach their highest potential. I believe that we all already have the answers inside of us. But, the day-to-day stress and seemingly small things that can easily derail us can act as powerful veils to our answers. So, I help clients to be honest with themselves and honest about how they set themselves up for success or failure so that they can overcome the hurdles, the hardships, and the suffering.

Lastly, I incorporate mindfulness techniques and exercises because we’re on Planet Earth and we’re human beings with emotions that can be powerful, negative, and overwhelming. I teach my clients to focus on what they can control. I help clients become comfortable in the discomfort because our planet and human beings are suffering.

Altogether, cognitive-behavioral and evidence-based techniques, a humanistic approach, plus mindfulness will take you from overwhelm to clarity, from exhausted to energized, from having unattainable expectations to a clear path in your professional and personal lives. Done and done! You can become confident and in control in the boardroom, courtroom, and operating room, and relaxed and at peace in the living room and bedroom!
